The heavy duty ball base has a hole pattern to fit most standard T-slot aluminum extrusions. The through hole can be used for routing wires, cables, or hoses. Recommended hardware (not included) 5/16-18 Socket Head Cap Screws. Distance between bottom of ball base and counterbore seat is .50″

The heavy duty link is used with the heavy duty knuckle to extend the reach and increase the flexibility. The heavy duty link has a knurled area around the both ball ends to increase the grip and stability of the assembled parts. The HD series links are available in two lengths: 4” and 6”. The second number in the name is representative of the length of each link, for example AFSB-3-6HD would be a 6” link.

The heavy duty knuckle uses a double socket configuration to clamp onto the heavy duty ball base or heavy duty link. The design allows for a large range of motion while maintaining the internal hose and cable routing capabilities. The heavy duty knuckle is shipped with (2) socket head cap screws. The clamp handle is included.
